RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERS

The Guild is managed by a VOLUNTARY Committee elected by the Membership at an Annual General Meeting.

Remember, Committee members have stalls to set up and pack up as well.

All members are expected to follow the guidelines to their responsibilities set out below:

  2. Bring your own table unless specified, or where other arrangements have been made. (2 metre maximum frontage. YOU CAN BOOK A 4 METRE STALL OR A 3 METRE STALL IF SPACE ALLOWS)

  3. You will have been allocated a space, all members will take a turn in various rooms and positions at events equally. Moving location on the day will only be permitted in special circumstances.

  4. Do not block access areas for the public, there must be enough room for wheelchairs/pushchairs etc. and for people to pass both ways.

  5. If there is not room for two tables, one in front of the other, then don't!       Have consideration for public access and the neighbouring stalls. If you want more space you can book a double stall.

  6. Do not obstruct your neighbours stall in any way, try and be considerate. No more than two people to be behind a stall at any time, particularly if in a centre island and space is at a premium.

  8. All stalls will be covered by cloths on front and sides to just above floor level. All storage boxes will be kept out of sight under the stall or covered appropriately.
